This Refund Policy outlines how refunds and returns are handled for purchases made in-store or arranged directly with our team. Please note that no sales are conducted through our website — this policy applies only to transactions made at our physical location or through direct service arrangements.
1. Returns and Refund Eligibility

New Appliances: New appliances may be eligible for return or exchange if they are unused, in original condition, and returned within 7 days of purchase. All original packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included.

Refurbished Appliances: Refurbished appliances are sold with a store warranty. Returns or exchanges are available within 7 days of purchase if the appliance experiences a covered issue and cannot be repaired.

Parts and Accessories: Parts and accessories are non-refundable unless defective at the time of purchase.

Special Orders: Special orders or custom requests are final sale and not eligible for refund unless defective or damaged upon delivery.
2. Service Calls and Repairs

Service call fees are non-refundable once the technician has arrived at the property.

If a repair cannot be completed due to parts availability, we will provide options for re-scheduling, replacement, or applying the service fee toward a new appliance purchase when applicable.

Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing once the return is approved.
4. Damaged or Defective Items

Customers must report damaged or defective appliances within 48 hours of delivery or installation.

Our team will inspect the product and determine whether a repair, replacement, or refund is the appropriate resolution.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund:

Delivery and installation fees

Haul-away fees

Appliances damaged after delivery due to misuse, neglect, or improper installation by a third party
